Suggestions or Complaints

Hopefully there won't be any complaints ... but this is the place where you can make a suggestion ... or, if you have a gripe with the Britannia Tavern, let them know. I'm sure that if there are any complaints, they will be looked at and rectified quickly by the owner and any suggestions will be considered/acted on.

Suggestion...

I have had fried rice at the tavern 3 times, every time it is different, when will the cook settle on one way of making it???

1st time it was very very good!
2nd time it was edible but a bit salty... (still, I had a craving for salt so it went down).
3rd time, not my type of fried rice, I don't like that way too much...

The food you order should be the same every time!

Ok. Will talk to her about getting it standardised.

The mash potato had way to much pepper last Saturday. Pepper can be added by the customer. Preferrably from a pepper grinder. Do you have one there?? The sausages, however, were delicious.

What about getting pitchers of beer, special discounts? What about special days for special food?

There is no problem in talking about differetn bars as well, the reason for Admin to make a section about Brittania Tavern was to help out and give people a chance to talk about it in a section where it should be...
There were just too much talk about the tavern before it opened to keep it in the normal section so live with it...
You can always say what you want here on this forum but be aware that names that you choose will not go down well with Admin and he will most likely delete your account when he sees it.

Come with serious posts like the one above, you can see how many people will bite, I wished you would not have a go at that place now but I will not stop you, just open a new topic (change your name first) and then post like above for people to be interested enough to read it and answer.

I am also very social amongst the Thai community, in fact, I think it is in general known that I dislike foreigners since they act like brats for most of the time!
There you go... Go and make a new topic and there you can state what you want, but know this, the name can not stand as you have it!!!

What about getting Pepper Grinders??? the pepper taste so much better freshly grinded...

Where can you get pepper grinders? I looked in Ocean but nowt there.

How do you know if the peppercorns are really fresh - after all, they're dried...

You can buy grinders at Macro here in town, reasonable prices too.... not like Phuket/Samui!
