sorry for not being specific.
Quick grammar check: In thai adjective follows noun, so red car = car red (rot deng) this applies to all forms of description (especially adverbs) so stomach ache becomes ache stomach - buwad tong and head ache becomes ache head - buwad huwa
My apologies, please keep sending questions as it will help me give better instruction in the future.

There is also 'Jeb huwa', 'jeb tong' etc with 'jeb' meaning hurt ....

so it's basically head hurt, stomach hurt etc.

...... I think.
