A new coffee shop has opened up in town.. right next to the Hat Yai mini van station.. looks like a family run place.. but looks clean

If it is the one I am thinking about it is not new, it just keep close for a while and then it opens up again... I will try to pop down the road to have a look!Thanks...

My guess is the one from the roundabout at Sappanyao (SP) past the train station (right hand side) past the Honda dealer on the right hand side, and the honda dealer on the left hand side... That Minivan station!
