Tantiwatra Tung Song.

Would anyone care to comment on this school?

Are we able to post true accounts of working for a school that may at times be detrimental? Just need to check before i get started.

From what I've heard on da grapevine is that it's not too bad a place to work for ...... a bit of bs though. They pay well though apparently.

I've never worked there so think I am not in a proper position to comment.

My guess is that you can post what you want, don't use peoples names, or lie... Be aware that other people are reading what you write and then they might talk to people...

I know people who work at this school. They said the money would have been pretty good for South Thailand, but the excessive workload soon took away any shine that might have had. And talking of money, they've even had deductions taken from their pay at the whim of the employers.

It seems like you get no rights at all at this school.

My advise is stay well away.

Well, how does it work for you guys if you're asked to write a pre/mid/final term test/exam are you given guidelines? Are you given past tests to go on?

What would you think if you wrote tests with none of these guidelines yet continually had them rejected many times?

There are many ways to deal with that one sir... If you have to write an exam make sure that you make it so that the students can understand it... If it is rejected once, ask why, tell the management that this is what you have taught and this is what you will test them on... If they want to change the format, sure, but they need to give you an example...
