The only golf club in NST town. Located next to the armybase, left hand side before the main enterance!!!Driving Range 25B for 40 balls, nice set up but the road is on the right hand side, be carefull if you slice too much!!!GreenFee 200B (members 65B) (Membership 2500B)Caddyfee (9 holes) 90BTip, never less than 100B (they carry your bag, mix your vodka/sprite/ice, locate your balls and clean them for you!!! :-) (who said golf is boring)?The golf course is demanding as the grass is not very high. The greens are good and it is a fun course to play. They do have 18 holes but hole 8-9 are the same as 17-18... The only bad thing to say about the course are the bunkers... There is not enough sand in them...

now theres a good item .. near the army base?.. now is that near sp apartments?? which is past the sports stadium?
do they rent out clubs?

Yes I play golf Goldy, 
But I have the feeling that I would not like you in real life... There are too many questions and not enough "do it yourself" attitude... 
I do not like to play with myself, look at other threads, there are plenty of options for people to find playmates!!! 
Speaking of Playmates... Hugh  Hefner (the MAN) 83 years old has broken up with the twins (20) and is now down to 1 girlfriend (23)...

The twins moved out of the MANSION and into the PENTHOUSE... They still love him but they are going to pose for the rest of us too...

i hear there is a golf course in surat thani.. where in surat? and how much?

The Golf course is up at place called Rajadam Dam (SP) and there is a golf course (allegedly at the army base)... 
Now, let us be honest here and admit that Koh Samui is also Surat Thani (used to be NST) and you have several Golf courses there... I have heard that up at the dam it is around 1200B to play and an extra fee if you want a golf cart to drive... But the quality of the course is way better than the one in NST... (Last week I heard that they are over watering up there at the moment, just if you don't like wet courses)... 

does anyone else know of any other golf courses not too far away?

There is one just outside Thung Song, and one close to Ronphibun... but you know that already... Why not try to post some new threads???
