Karom Waterfalls

About a year ago a friend of mine invited me and the Mrs to join his family at a little resort pretty much right by the main gate for Karom waterfalls. This compact resort only had, if I can remember correctly, 4 chalets, a little restaurant and a swimming poolfilled with the water from a mountain spring. There was nothing flashy at all but the location and ambience of the place certainly made up for any shortfalls. If you're looking for a very quiet place to chill out at, you know where to go.

Do you think that you could post some better description of the place? How to get there? a phone number? costs on a songtaew?

Karom Resort!! Take the last right turn you can before the gate for the national park and follow the road to the end. Get off your bike or get out of your car and walk across a small bridge and you will see the place.
Fan rooms only (no need for A/C in this place) at 300 baht a night with COLD water shower and T.V !! restaurant serves great cheap Thai food and also might offer you a special animal for dinner if you ask
