The how fit are you poll?

Here's a poll to see what the fitness of all of us is. Vote truthfully.

It will not be very accurate as I do not exercise every day, only 6 days a week, I go running or I go to the driving range!

I think that today I will do both... First driving range, then running... Wonder how that will go!

Been there done that....4 years later....it's time to start doing it again.....It's always so painful starting over....*groan*

How did I prove that? No pain in my knee if you ask me,,, I am just itching...

I did not start to hard, (apart from other activities) I am quite carefulllllllll well almost...

Remember that I started last March with walking in the park every day... Then I went on to run for about 20 min... Now I have progressed to run for 1 1/2 hours... so, I have been gentle... I was just silly looking at the nice girls when I fell over...
