Pak Panang is a great litte place just east of NST...

I used to take one class there every year for a river cruise and to see the swiftlets up there...

It's not much to do up there but a good little day out if you are on a bike and look for something new there...

I tried to enter a baskeball competition up there a few years ago, but they would not let white meat (fat) join the competition...
